What's different here

The Great Southwest District has a huge stock of 1970s–90s tilt-wall space with 20–24 ft clear height and tight column bays. Those buildings usually gain the most from narrowing aisles or converting to double-deep rather than adding beam levels. Newer Arlington cross-dock space near 360 and I-20 has the height for taller frames and deeper storage.
